About Me
As a systems architect with a foundation in electrical and electronics engineering, I have led end-to-end projects across energy systems, industrial facilities, IT infrastructure, and large-scale enterprise software. From field installations to smart city systems, I have brought complex technologies together to operate reliably as an integrated whole. This experience has taught me to see the bigger picture, connect diverse components seamlessly, and develop practical solutions to real-world problems.
My current work combines connected devices, desktop software, and web applications with a focus on industrial quality. I am particularly interested in local AI models, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) for intelligent access to information, and AI technologies for device management. I develop and field-test these systems through an R&D process supported by rigorous testing, detailed documentation, and continuous improvement.
Through this work, I am evaluating how AI, intelligent hardware, and software can operate effectively together in industrial environments. My goal is to complete experimental development and prototype validation, bringing selected technologies to a stage where they are ready for market introduction and development into commercial products.
Selected Projects
Semi-Autonomous AI Workflows & Template Development
2026
Designing and refining reusable workflow templates for
human-guided, semi-autonomous AI development. Defining research,
planning, implementation, testing, documentation, and approval
stages to support consistent execution and continuity across AI
tools.
ASUNODE — Smart Home & Local AI Integration
2026
Developing a home security and electrical automation system that
brings together my experience in electronics, communications,
software, and system integration. The project evolved from
commercial smart-home products into a distributed ESP32 network
with MQTT-based data exchange, local LLM experiments, and
dashboard development. Initial product testing began in July
2026; development continues toward a Python dashboard and a
local AI assistant interface.
Antalya Factory Conversion — Power Systems, SCADA & IT Integration
2022
Converted a former electrical transformer manufacturing facility
in Antalya into a plastic injection molding factory. Redesigned
the electrical distribution, commissioned new power panels,
introduced SCADA-based power monitoring and control, and
deployed network infrastructure for production, security, and
internal shipment tracking.
Fiber Optic Infrastructure and Telecommunications Integration
2009–2017
Delivered fiber backbone and access infrastructure across intercity routes and urban networks. Beginning along the BOTAŞ pipeline corridor from Aliağa toward Bursa, the work covered site power and cabinet preparation, fusion splicing, OTDR testing, PoP connections, and integration of radio links and base stations. Live traffic was migrated to new links in stages. In Antalya, the scope expanded into urban fiber access, where temporary rings enabled early subscriber access and later served as backup paths. As deployments expanded and additional teams were needed, I shared my field experience through technical training and seminars for more than 60 people.
Eskişehir City Information System — Municipal Data, GIS & Systems Integration
1998–2004
Worked on the development of a city information system in Eskişehir, beginning with shared citizen records, field surveys, and migration from legacy municipal applications. As the data volume grew, the work expanded into server deployment and a fiber backbone connecting municipalities and public institutions, with routes prepared during ESTRAM construction. The scope then extended to DB2 and Java enterprise applications, municipal business rules, and MIS/GIS integration using NetCad, enabling access to administrative records through mapped properties. My role combined data analysis and migration with server configuration, network infrastructure, field implementation, and integration across the system’s physical, geographic, and administrative layers.
Artı Bilişim — Software Architecture, Business Applications & Data Integration
2004–2009
I founded Artı Bilişim ve Yazılım to develop reusable business software and modular Delphi-based applications, selecting MySQL as a cost-effective database platform for custom systems. Operating in Eskişehir and Ankara, I extended established commercial packages (Logo, ETA, Netsis, Nebim, Datasoft) through custom reporting, data exchange interfaces, and legacy data migration. My role covered software architecture, development, deployment, and company management, with a design focus on systems that clients with limited budgets and minimal in-house technical staff could operate and maintain.
